This is a long way from being implemented, but here's a WIP of orks spotting enemies. I don't recall any new ones since Winter Assault, so I put together some for races implemented since. Nothing of the sort will be inserted in-game until every race has a completed set.
The order:
-2x Tyranids spotted
-2x Tau Empire spotted
-2x Dark Eldar spotted
-2x Chaos Daemons spotted
-2x Necrons spotted
-3x Sisters of Battle spotted
-2x daemonhunters spotted
These lines are just silly, as a rule. Maybe they'll need to be more serious, maybe not. This particular voice actor and I, we tend to get...very enthused about ork dialogue. You can find him here: Moddb.com

(Also, yes, his avatar appears to be a sheep stuck in a garden chair. Let's just get that out of the way and move on.)

Just one suggestion. For the Daemonhunters make them say something about their hats. Or Hatz as Orks would call them :D

I just couldn't get it to sound right...no matter what. A two-ork conversation is too complex for a simple 'enemy spotted' line it seems, unfortunately.
I liked them...
There was a particular line he's referring to, one in which two of us acted. I wasn't sure if people would know what was going on - judge for yourself, the good General has it on his profile now.

I love that you're working on this because I was about to post in the forums that the game needs more specific -insert race- spotted lines, especially tyranids, daemons, and daemonhunters as there is no lines for them.
