and to answer the question - YES - you need
both M2TW vanilla and kingdoms expansion 1.5
for the first release. we will see, if there
will be any releases for other M2TW versions
later.

for that, you have to check the TWCENTER.NET
in the future. but hey, kingdoms is not that
expensive anymore and because of TATW being
a free mod i think a purchase of kingdoms is
totally worth it.

it is (mostly) completely ingame engine but captured in cinEd and indeed edited with some vid-plugs.
