You have to jump over those small ledges on the opposite side of the room, when you'll get to the big box platform, there is a lever, that will lover the bridge for you, if something is unclear, you can always watch walkthrough on YouTube

The latest version 1.2 doesn't work. It crashes the moment when I press start.

well, there is a spot infront of the cave in, it is lightet and shows where are you suppose to put it or you can always use youtube and look.

Use the back entrance with the cave in, you have the bomb fo it. If you have some other problems and you're stuck, use a youtube walkthrough. Thanks we are glad you liked the special map!

Well, because you can't go back... you have to go on right through the other door next to the bedroom. Don't worry; you can complete those quests because you will return to the entrance hall eventually. Other quests will show up, as you progress the story.

If you can't combine the drill parts, there is obviously some technical problem, try to reload the map using one of the saves or avoid it completely, this map is not required for the story.

This is a first time I am hearing of this. The crowbar works on the door next the dead man, only solution I can think of is, if you reload the game from previous save .. and replay the prison part again. Hopefully it will work. TTkis must be some kind of technical problem. Reloading the map usualy works!

Well that is obviously a technical matter. There certainly is a reaction to finding your brother and the key is supposed to work on upper floor. It is impossible for us to know what the problem could be, the only thing we can recommend is to reinstall the Detorcium, delete it and re- download it. Or reload your map from old entrance hall. You can also try to put other custom stories to a different folder, maybe something is blocking it. We are sorry for the inconvenience, hope it will work for you, so you can finish!

Fill it with water, there are several places where you can fill it. From the dripping water on the stairs or in the chappel, there is a loot of water there.

Penumbra series was amazing! It was good as Amnesia The Dark Descent (Amnesia is only scarier than Penumbra), so Frictional's games are masterpiece. The Chinese Room made a boring walkthrough game with notes and Amnesia A Machine for pigs is second case. So I think Frictional games are much better than The Chinese room. I wouldn't have compare their games because Frictional games are much better. That is my opinion :)

This is the first time I hear of such a problem, no Idea how could this happen, try to load it from the personal chambers again. Maybe it is some kind of bug. You are the first person with such a problem so far.

You mean after the old entrance hall part? In upper floor, there is a hidden lever, mount is behind the table in the bedroom and lever is lying in the library, partly covered by a book. XD hope it'will help

There is a key, which is behind a closet, where you are supposed to hide, that unlocks the bedroom, where is a hidden button, that unlocks thee way further.

Two of them are outside, one in Outside Houses. Enjoy!!

We have a regular auto saves when you enter a every new location. If you give a Load game, there should be some save that will be much closer, to where you bugged yourself. Hopefully

I am sorry, but have no idea, what the problem could be. The rusty key is working just fine to all the players. The problem must somewhere else.
