I had the same problem. If you have finalbig, open the lwbeta37.big file. Navigate to maps\map good amon hen and scroll down to the Boromir object. In the seventh line there, change the Body = RespawnBody to Body = DelayedDeathBody. This should fix the problem for good, dont know about evil.
