I finished the first stage of the second concept paper by now. The total realization of the ground plane took about 6,5 hours. I have to add that I had to restart 3 times though, as I've done some mistakes I couldn't find the origin of and it was too confusing to go back just a few steps, so it was easier to just restart then.

I've uploaded the current WIP to my gallery pieces, there you can check how much work it actually is to get a ground plane into 3D. Of course, people do this with computers now and just have to do a little input, while the computer does the rest of it, but I've done it all myself and therefor know what the computer does now.

It was a good learning experience, definitely know a lot more about perspective now. A really good way to realize concepts like that. And also, it isn't that time consuming, if you know what you have to do though. I think that the method of plane projection will be one of my most used tools in the future, at least if I am doing industrial desgin stuff instead of environments or characters.

I am having exams on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and I also have to actually build my art project (damn, I'd rather do some more 3d-ish concepts!), so I'm not really sure when I'm going to do the rendering, probably around Wednesday.
