...DRAW!

In the last blog I wrote that I want to create some pieces with lava and/or ice. And I also wanted to do them yesterday and I tried. Not really surious though, I was kind of bored and didn't want to do it, but I knew that I should practice so I tried it anyways. I failed, I couldn't get a good idea out of my brain or into my brain :/ So I stopped after a while of randomly drawing rocks and lava. It ended in a little frustration, of course.
And today when I woke up and drove to school I was already excited about doing perspective training and sketches and this and that and when I was finally home I didn't want to do them. Now, I caught myself checking the forums on deviantart without a reason, I am bored. Anyways, I found that thread in which the author wants to know whether we've already doubted our skills and I commented on that. I do doubt my skills quite often and I am demotivated a lot. Long story short -> I will have another try on doing at least 30 MINUTES of sketching EVERY DAY, NO EXCUSES.
I will upload the results EACH DAY and hell yeah, there will be a lot of crappy ones, I guess. Forgive me, but it will only make me stronger. I really do need an ordered day with a routine, so my brain starts to know at which time it's 'art time'. I heared that doing art on specific times each day really helps the brain to get into that creaing-art-mode more easily.
I've already tried to continuesly sketch every day, but I failed after like 2 or 3 days, wow, that's really poor! But, here I go again with another try, hopefully lasting longer than a few days, I could really need that 'extra practice'.

Please, kick me in my damn butt, if I stop uploading new sketches!! Thanks :)

stay tuned for more exciting stories of my life, lol~

cheers.

Workout: Day 1

So, here are my first random sketches. I think I'll always have a mix of photoreference and non-reference.

I think that I'll go digitally now and have some fun with mood paintings. But maybe I'll quit, as there may not going to be a good outcome, then I'll just quit photoshop and forget it :D

cheers.
