When I try to laucnh it it says that GL_ARB_explicit_attrib_location is not found so I've checked with Open GL extension viewers and it says that I have it,any suggestion on how to fix this please ?

I have downloaded the 1.0 version and the mod ins't in english for me,what could I do to put the mod in english ?
