there's definitely plans to add a specific sea predator which has a model already. but it's not from the cenozoic ;)

well i don't want to spoil anything important, but i do intend to add some variations to certain species depending on maps, weather mechanics so it snows harder on certain maps, and i want to use the various spawning mechanics so there is a bigger focus on night time hunting.
no, there will be no returning species from previous games due to keeping it more closer to the original pc version, and not the mobile port version.
this will be aiming to use a future version of mee, and yes sanctuary will have a final release down the line.

Thank you for the kind words! And yes the modders edition is very well known to have an issue where it crashes after a certain period of time, something that we can’t fix unfortunately, but big hopes it gets fixed in the future by the engine’s developer!
to be honest if we had the time to then we would, but the purpose of this mod is to only expand on the base trilogy, not totally remake it as that is too ambitious to do currently.
For the first release it will include: giganotosaurus, carnotaurus, troodon, styracosaurus, deinocheirus, Inostrancevia and dilophosaurus as primary huntable animals
Hopefully, progress for the first release is nearly done so it would be finished by Christmas or New Years

No, our current plans is to only implement new animals that can fit the aesthetic of the original games as much as I can, even so remaking the base game animals would take take too much time off of trying to make the new animals special.
What you’re planning to do is highly ambitious, in which it’s obvious your team does not know how to meet these ambitions. Either learn these skills before you try and make this mod or go and ask for help on the carnivores saga discord.
This is an obviously paint over of sigilmassosaurus, it has no detail, no shading and you didn’t even cover the original texture which you can obviously see under the painted layer. This is very lazy work, if not just very amateur work.
The hunting roster will still be the same as carnivores 2, but instead triceratops is replacing chasmosaurus. Also I am choosing only 5 maps because I plan to edit them and add extra details that will hopefully flesh them out a bit more.
