Please bare in mind, that this was used of a source modification and therefore, sound effects such as reverb/echo etc, are applied inside the game itself. What you're hearing is the dry recording.

Hi. My name's Tom. Most people online call me Nexus. But i guess you can call me Tom. Anyways, This is my new account for modDB, essentially because im dedicating this account to help aspiring and already great modders out there, who need either voice acting, original sountracks or both!
