Just like JimmyProvince, I have the same question. How to you get the Royal Highland Fusilers? I started as Prussia (not in army) and I was able to recruit them somewhere...... I don't remember where. Now I am in the French Army and taken over GB but unable to recruit them anywhere. We are at peace but does those regions have to be British or do I have to quit the French army to get them?
