I haven't changed AI. What you had in vanilla is what you have in my mod.

Not sure what the problem is. You are the first person with that bug. I myself have completed 3 campaigns without issues. Not with Romans though, so I'll try. Small advice, download only version 1.2, others are obsolete.

There is no patch for bad installation. Use link I provided in README.txt file to see how to install mods on Steam.

It's my first mod man! :-D But thank you to point out the problem with Hoplites. All of the issues should have been corrected in v1.1. BTW it's a full version, not an update.

Ok, first check you have Rome: Total War 1.5 version, Barbarian Invasion or Alexander expansion. If you do, mod should work with any of the 3 .exe files. Guide I wrote is for RTW that came on disk. For Steam version there is a YouTube link of GudeaTW's gude on how to install mods for RTW on Steam.

No, Guidea TW has steam version too. I think it's the installation itself that causes it to glitch. Do you have any total conversion mods perhaps? My mod is like 90% vanilla. Nothing crazy to cause it to do weird things like those big and complicated mods. I'm really not sure.

That IS weird. To tell you the truth I don't know. I don't have the steam version of RTW. Only old one on CD's. I will ask some of the guys on discord if they know how to fix that or do they have that kind of problems.

I will upload a small hotfix with installation instructions later, You might also want to look on YouTube for guides on how to install it on a steam version. It should work on Rome TW Gold or Alexander without issues though.

Did you install the mod correctly? Also do you have Rome Total war v1.5 and above as this mod doesn't work with v1.0 and v1.3.
