cant open the files with winrar and 7zip too why dont you upload with winrar format to mediafire... that should helps much! , thanks

put the folder inside the winrar to ->steam - >steamapps -> common -> Men of War: Assault Squad2 ->mods

you should add the T-64 to the mod , world strongest tank until M1A1 Abrams , and T-64 made about 1950-1960 ... plz add it :)
