If I installed Dc 1.4007 without any mods, am I still need to move the mod folder in to the root dir?

I don't know what happened, Im now playing DC 1.4007 well.... but when I update it to LAR, it crash every time when I try to load in.

Why I can't use mouse when I open the safe box ???

The safe box unlock code is [ 2 , 9 , 5 ]

Did this mod will conflict with other mod?
