This mod clearly justifies what westwood wanted this game to be like. I personally think this mod is very well designed, but needs few balance changes (but of course this will probably take action after the last release). This mod definitely deserves 10/10 because of the effort put in here, surprisingly NOT BY A TEAM, but by a guy called Carnius.
