another Thing that may be worth metioning, when i activate the launcher, cmd appears saying that it cannot find the file specified, I followed the install exactly, so nothing could be missing, i just dont have any clue as to whats going on.

Thank you for the link, but it was a fresh install, i've only recently installed TFD on my new laptop, any other ideas?
