Sant Annui (Vale of Dorwinion) port blocks access to Sea of Rhun for Dale. Is that normal or not ?

Just want to ask . In left bottom corner is mod version 1.0 , did it change to 1.2 after patch install or i screw it ?

maybe , you have not reach population limit to get city upgrade

i have cracked version and ,i have no problems with that
