Hey We keep trying to do a mutiplayer game and half of us crash while loading in. Is their any fix we can do to solve it?

In NGParadox's video for every "Unique" government type it seemed to add a unnecessary amount of vassal opinion where its not needed or doesn't make sense. For example in the iron islands they get more fertility instead of personal combat ability and or martial. Their also seems to be a weird balancing issue between the government types for example the storm lands only get +10 vassal opinion where others get op amounts.

Obviously I wanna ask a question and not go on a rant and I don't have the current knowledge of the other aspects of the mod.

So my question what are the balance changes to support these op government types.
