If you have the command prompt problem just change rotr.dat into rotr.exe and rum the batch rotr as compatibility windows xp (Service Pack 3) and run the game.

I have win 7 it shows a command prompt and it closes lee than a second. What do i do

When i try to run the game. It dosen't work. It just shows up a batch file and then it closes

I have Windows 7

Everytime i try to build a strategy centre of usa, cgine, gla etc it says that i need general's promotion, but when i look there. There is no strategy centre etc. What do i do :)
