Nevermind. Did the '10 switch distance' trick and it worked.

So climb up the ladder and game crashes every time as it tries to load Pripyat. Any ideas? I brought a full team with me and all survived.

I had to d/l a forum users "fix". Works now.

2.02 Quick Fix is bugged. Nobody download it. You can't start a game as Recon it will crash immediately.

With the 2.02 Quick Fix patch do I need to start again?

Protecta and buck shot is terrible now. Nerfed into the ground. Hope the other shotguns aren't as bad.

Yea I had this problem as well. Seems like its a bug. Only happened once to me and I didn't shoot them first or have my gun out.

Same. Kill an enemy then flank around them and you can watch the patrol move to the last position where you fired from. Do this all the time to the point where I reposition and I'm right behind them watching them search for me. You obviously stand in the same spot or move 10 metres and think you 'flanked' them. Try running 50 metres in a wide circle around them,

Splinter Cell is hold your hand on rails. Stalker is open sandbox. Completely different games. Most people wont play through Splinter Cell twice.

I had the same problem. I did some other quests and came back to it later and it seemed to correct itself. However, I did seek out Morgan mid battle and loot him as soon as he was killed, ran back to the stalker leader and talked to him completing the mission.

After I loot Morgan for his PDA, the mission automatically fails at Ranger Station. Anyone have this problem?
