Actually, no.
The latest... well, official version is 3.0. That version 3.1 was a patch of sorts made by someone else.
The Gundam CG is a different opening video, it's video taken from the first episode recent Gundam three-part series called "MS Igloo". That episode featured the "Battle of Loum".
The music in this mod is mostly from the MS Igloo OST, but for some reason there's also one or two V Gundam OST songs in there as well.
