I dowloaded the lastest version (T.O.R. 2.0) and it didn't come with a shorcut to start it. do I need the previous versions of this mod in order to properly run it?

when I install the Hotfix; I come up with an error stating "cannot find Kingdoms.exe" or something like that. Do I need to reinstall Kingdoms, or is there something possibly wrong with the Hotfix?

Links aren't working; I can only DL the English translation patches. Actual Mod isn't on Moddb "latest DL" section. Fix Please

it seems to me that hey update once every month or so, so it seems to me like they're getting stuff done, but they may have other stuff going on; hence the long time periods between updates
