I'm not sure how you got that model in 3ds max, but its damn amazing. Wither you built it yourself or ported it i cannot stress how nice it looks. Once the mod is completed a blank slate for the model for us 3ds max users would allow for some side modding in other tsl mods for the awesome kotor ship. Keep up the good work on the mod and on that note, wishing you success on your job hunt! :D
Oh my this mod is so ambitious, even if it ever fails to come to light it will still get my vote for mod of the year simply due to the sheer effort involved in its creation by the mod author. Keep up the good work!
An idea, if your going to add new maps but want to expand your mod alittle with existing great content as well. Prehaps permission could be gotten from Silveredge9 to convert his Brotherhood of Shadow mod for this HD upgrade?

There is a 4gb patch for tib wars out there that lets it use more than 2gb of ram, which would help with the textures. i used it and it stopped crashing for me. Just continue on and ask your mod downloaders to use the 4gb patch.

Loving the zelda nostalgia! Just make sure to make the sounds easily editable by the mods fans, so that while you use non-propriatary music to be able to release the mod to a wide array of fans, those of us who have the origional osts and "clips" of in-game sounds (such as the chest open/item obtain) sounds can easily swap them out for the old goodies. :)
Good way to do this would be with a readme that says,
Here are the tracks listed below, and the recommended sountracks to use with them.
"zeldarocks2d" = Zelda Theme from OOT's OST
"hyrulezfield03.wav" = Replace with Soundtrack from Twilight Princess' Ost.

Looks great and glad to see progress! looks like a mixture of the nod mantauk and the subterranian apc/a missle launcher, which is a good thing, good to see similarities! remember backups ftw! The pace of the mods creation doesn't matter as long as you keep backing up your progress, every texture, every line of code is a step forward to this awesome mods release! (For the brotherhood!)

Seriously tho, it's an ice bridge, i don't think there will be a way to "autorepair" it. Would make fights interesting if one was forced to attack the enemy with air or sea only due to the bridge collapse.

Personally I love the mod! if this had been released in the golden days of JKO/JKA modding it would be at the top of moddb. And no it isnt illegal to decompile the maps. The idea of the combined campaigns is awesome!
One idea I have is whatever lightsaber you give kyle during outcast he would use during academy, and if we could customize kyle during outcast, he would appear as we customized him in academy.
Also, the one dark side version of the last Academy campaign map was cool, but what if you could take a dark side detour through some of the existing outcast/academy maps for a replaythrough flair? (available via an alternate campaign screen or in-game choices)or even better, find a way to work as a double agent for the empire or against the new republic? (would require even more extensive modding however)
If the modders of the The Lost Maps mod (sequel to the events of Academy) were still around I would suggest merging theres to work at the end of Academy, as is, I think the mod is well constructed and unless you plan further conversions, (completing the old Jedi Knight mod for all 3 jedi knight games in one? :-p ) the mod is complete.

Loving this! Always loved the idea of real bases and outposts defended by walls or fortifications of some sort! (Lived near FT Campbell for awhile when I was a kid, always imagined the base structures belonging to one of my favorite factions in cnc. Never liked that later cnc games didnt allow for walls. Ahh... now all I do is work and scramble to find any gaming time at all :-p
So says the egyptian mod designer :-p Maybe we can get (if not estimations on old egyption language, some authentic accents for the npcs from the mod designer himself :-p

I say leave the crawler husks, (will be cool for SP!) but leave the others out because of multi. I dont have an Issue with them in multiplayer but I know alot of people will. Best to leave them uncapturable in multiplayer.
Oh, and as far as the campaigns go. Full campaigns for the subfactions sounds amazing!
Havent seen any reason to call your mod "pointless" rather, it is a very nice mod that allows for multiple unique factions and nice units that makes Kanes Wrath worth playing again, we already have enough good unit change mods for Tib Wars, yours is the only one for Kanes Wrath. Cant wait to see it released!

Niiiiicce! Love the ground models but what interests me most is the carrier concept. I am guessing that the carrier acts as a type of mobile base and addons to the carrier work like Crawlers did in cnc 4? Great concept for the air side of things while retaining CNC's core gameplay.

:) looks like good progress to me, even if it is random.
It lags alittle on mine and I have a supurb quality XPS. I'm guessing it has to do with the amount of polygons in the engine displayed in 3rd person view. One quick fix around I found for this is that I use it on particular units on particular maps where the Fog of War shrouds the more processer-intensive parts of the map.
But hey, it is still a demo and still not finished, I hope to have a work around soon. If anyone else has any ideas on how to make it more friendly for older pcs let me know!
