Having worked as a farmer and woodcutter for most of my life i became determined to do something that would leave my mark after i was gone. Since then i got back to studies, and i have now a master degree in Electrotecnical Engineering as well as a degree on Electromechanical Engineering. On my free time i like playing and so i became interested in creating my own games or, in the shorter term, modding games to get something closer to what i would like games to be.

As far as parachutes go I sent a chute trooper to use as an ability for UA a while ago. :)

I'm not sure if it has been implemented, but ffe could do an object swap and have it look like teh crate is 'chuting in. :)

Would be nice. My thought was using a vehicle like a valkyrie to drop it but parachute would be better! Will check if it is on the UA release.

I was thinking BF2 style, for some curious reason....
I do not know why, but it seemed to be a decent effect in that game.

Did you have any luck using the medic?
The one with the big syringe. :P

What other crate based systems do you ave in mind?
Ammo Crate to increase fire power in a region?
Defensive crates to give the Praetorians somewhere for cover and to fire from?

The medic supplies crate was not for praetorians since they already have the medic and the aid station which both work pretty well. Still i created the concept thinking of some temporary or permanent (until being destroyed by enemies) healing in a small area. Ammo drops would not be a bad idea also. Sandbags could be better for cover don't know (i think guardsmen in UA already have an ability to fortify area with sandbags).
The only problem i had with the praetorian medic was having it combat able, basically he aimed the syringe instead of his weapon so like the bugler i made it to be a non fighting unit, although he does show the syrunge in a terrifying way to both friend and foe.

Also if you get some time could you indicate the name of the parachute model you created for me to try and find it, my search for some something dropping ability didn't seem to indicate any parachute. And if it isn't in UA could i get access to it?

TNT crates would also be a nice idea to blow things apart.
