Having worked as a farmer and woodcutter for most of my life i became determined to do something that would leave my mark after i was gone. Since then i got back to studies, and i have now a master degree in Electrotecnical Engineering as well as a degree on Electromechanical Engineering. On my free time i like playing and so i became interested in creating my own games or, in the shorter term, modding games to get something closer to what i would like games to be.
Being looking into some Imperial Armour books information lately, mostly Renegades/Lost and the Damned. Although Vraks siege army lists have been my inspiration so far, some things in "War Machines of the Lost and the Damned", specially the Demagogues and their devotions caught my attention. From heretek magus, to primaris psykers, the Demagogues can represent different types of actual models/units. For the charismatic leader I thought a conversion of the imperial guard captain could be an interesting path to follow. I also have some ideas for the arch-heretic, something like a crazed special priest/cultist should do the trick.
