Having worked as a farmer and woodcutter for most of my life i became determined to do something that would leave my mark after i was gone. Since then i got back to studies, and i have now a master degree in Electrotecnical Engineering as well as a degree on Electromechanical Engineering. On my free time i like playing and so i became interested in creating my own games or, in the shorter term, modding games to get something closer to what i would like games to be.

So is this simillar to what you had in mind with your sugestions RT2?
Yeah the alpha grey underlay is supposed to make the skin more worn.
Pinks are a good way to do it with humans.
I guess it is about the breakdown in the epidermal layers regenerative capacity from aging. :)
Of course if you want real break down, you can take chunks out into another layer above the one with the kroot and give it a different alpha transparency.
But near enough is good enough here. :)
Just some ol' tricks from years ago for battle aging on quake.
