Having worked as a farmer and woodcutter for most of my life i became determined to do something that would leave my mark after i was gone. Since then i got back to studies, and i have now a master degree in Electrotecnical Engineering as well as a degree on Electromechanical Engineering. On my free time i like playing and so i became interested in creating my own games or, in the shorter term, modding games to get something closer to what i would like games to be.

strangely enough the latest plastic versions of the models comes with a couple of different bare heads and I have been using them. :P

As well as abusing terminator helms as I wanted my minis to look unique. :P

Testing this kind of things out in order to characters in the future also for my campaigns, you link more easily with a character with a recognizable face, that is why necrons have a humanoid face because lets face it, ancient deadly machines don't need to be humanoids.

If you notice man Scout's heads are bigger than the Gabriel Angelos head so it actually seems nice with scouts head although Gabriel also fits nicely, not everyone has the same head size.

I am looking at schema development in persons who have difficulty with this area of interest and trying to find ways to be able to translate it into their thought processes.

If I remember correctly its engineering?
So putting stuffz together and being able to find what keep it together and make sure it works as designed.

Easy to imagine structures and their conglomeration of components.

I have tried an object oriented design approach, and a plain textual linear flow approach.

what areas of interest I have not yet been able to get around is the GUI based persons who need a repetitious structure with identifiable areas of the screen to input data.
I have tried left/right, top/bottom in my statements. using classifications for the contents of the areas.

Is a suggestion needed to have the tools more labeled to assist the GUI based personalities?

Maybe I will have to do a tut based around understanding the FFE interface and shortcuts to getting it to all work from a GUI based perspective. :)

I have worked with less in terms of interface but i do understand some people can't live with simple GUI. I've noticed some of my professors at the University arranged more visual programs to do some work precisely because most students are somewhat confused when working with a terminal kind of environment.
Your tutorials already give some importance to pointing out areas of interest and identifying what is everything.
My education led me to be somewhat capable of following lines of thought after some adaptation time to the concepts but most people require longer adaptation times especially when their are not so familiarized with using concepts that are not necessarily fully documented.

so it is the interpolation in the interpretation, which is not always followed. :)

How to pull that off in a multilingual/multi-aged environment accommodating for all language structure and be able to use what the translators are feeding the people.. :P

No one can provide something that fits in every problems you described. Although multilingual is one of the thougher challenges since translators can't interpretate and so rough translations can miss the important points other problems like a multi-aged environment also provide challenges. Some people started using computers even before walking straight, others were considerably older when made first contact with that kind of technology and that is an example of things that influence the way people work in this areas of interest.
