Okay guy's,
the HUD is basically done. I only changed the fonts (and that wasn't easy because the fonts kept crapping up...). I was trying to set the player model to a model I downloaded, but if I entered in console 'set_model homer' the game crashed and I got Error messages. So does anybody know how to add a playermodel to a game or has a link to a tutorial?

well obviously as you can see we haven't started yet (because od lack of Team members),
BUT I was planning to make it a linear gameplay.(seems easier)

Oh, no Simpsons Mod has nothing to do with Simpsons Hit and Run! (I just used it in the Unofficial logo)
If with non-Linear and Linear you mean Thirdperon and Firstperson then :
it's gonna be Linear (at first! maybe we'll add the thirdperson 'cheat' later as option)

Sadly we still need everything a good mod team has...
