MACs are just a cannon, they don't have a minimum range, although I would suggest bumping up the splash so high that it is equally devastating to the ship itself to the target when firing at close range
(although for safety purposes i would go with adding a minimum range as a safety protocol for the ship)

is there a torrent download for this? waiting for 4 hours for a 1.5GB zip file is really not worth it.
