No, it was made for a very very very very very early version of the mod that also featured the Shepherd, back in the days when it was still for Generals... and I worked on it. Oh my...
It's supposed to be a heavy attack copter for Nod, featuring long range anti-tank weapons and a heavy machine gun for AA use. Superior to the Orca as a support unit but of much less use on its own.
