Another Scrin fighter design for Tiberium Wars: Advanced, again using the Devastator textures. Designed as a smaller, compact fighter aircraft in line with the Scrin's "rigid bio-machines" appearance.
In contrast to the Scrin's advanced capital ships and Stormrider-class fighters, the Scimitar fighter is a primitive machine - literally, due to its bio-mechanical nature. Designed as a quick but expendable interceptor, most of its components are evolved barely above their minimum required level. Protection comes only from a thin shell of armor which leaves the Scimitar's main neural cluster partially exposed, sensory input is limited to the five photon receptors covering only a small arc directly in front of the aircraft, the wing-tip mounted main cannons are fed by bio-electric cells with limited charges and the cerebral system only comes with basic behavior patterns.
In return, this makes the Scimitar very easy to repair, control and enhance. It's limited field of view usually ensures the fighter fiercely concentrates on its targets and the while the bio-cells only allow a limited number of shots, these are all the more powerful.

Looks great, the Description sounds pretty similar to the Zylon Raider from teh new Battlestar Galactica series xP
