I have found a way to fix it! this is how i did it

i followed this guide with some changes to it

and HEX values for 21:9 i found here

screenheight=1080 made into 1080
screenwidth=1920 made into 2560

W40k.exe = MUST stay ABAAAA3F Or it will look Waird
Platform.dll = 26 B4 17 40
spDx9.dll = 26 B4 17 40
UserInterface.dll =26 B4 17 40

Then i downloaded this camera mod to fix the zoom
