hey guys, probably this out of topic but I would like to know if you guys have an answer for this:
ROTWK works normally with patch 2.02 v8, however, I wanted to play just old rotwk for a change. I did apply the patch 2.01 with the switcher, and then It asks me for a cd? As soon as I apply v8 again, it works. Bare in mind I used your guide and T3A files. I don't know if you guys know a way around this?
Sup guys, I've been testing a bunch of things and have noticed that on the map Tournament stoneway cannon after a signifcant amount of playtime the game crashes. Tried playing with less than 8 players to see if something changes but sadly the crash always ends up happening.
It says run-out of memory, due to severity of error, game will close etc etc. It happens randomly (no triggers other than time from what Ive noticed). Also, on the map Dol amroth, if you play with rivendell as defenders, you can buy upgrades, but you can't equip them. "Unit is not allowed to buy upgrade" or something around that lines.

I don't know if this might come as annoying since you have a lot of replies post launch, but kudos to you guys. The Rohan faction is just so good! the designs, voice acting (the guy who played Theoden needs praising) is just magnificent. I know there's a lot of people asking for more, I just hope you guys take a good deserved break and thanks for keeping the game fresh
There's a bug when you exit my captains menu. Main menu will be pink. And also, In Nandurion (sorry if the name is butchered) 4v4 map, gondor AI is none existent. Overall beatiful work guys!
I have an issue when trying to install. Its says i dont have patch 2.02 enabled. But the issue is that I do, I can even play the preivous version fine. Any ideas? I've selected the AOTR file, the rise of the witch king, creating a new one, and none seems to work.
fully armed.. so they won't be like the inn units ? they will requiere armor upgrade?

will you release an update? literally got errors on every map I make even tho they're just reskins of existing maps. Dunno why but errors keep popping on the left side of the screen and no, they dont go away.

hope you don't mind a rather out of place question: regarding their stats, is a fully upgraded marchwarden batallion stronger than a fully upgraded mirkwoord warriors? obviously since wirkmood as a faction is still far away, i' talking about Loriens Inn unit.
just an idea: maybe in a near future, you could make a campaign scenerio that covers aragorns search for gollum. His journey across mirkwood once he captures him and so on.
map bug report:
Gondor AI doen't work on the 4v4 tournamente stoneway canyon and doesn't work either in the 2v2 version of the same map.
None of the AI works properly on brutal if they spawn on the highest plateu (2v2) stoneway canyon. They just build a couple of units every once in a while and then stop.
They new 5 player map in lorien (forgot the name, sorry) that has a purple river sometimes bugs out when the AI uses a spell and if you move the camera at the same times it causes some sort of ...static? on the screen? literally looks like static, dunno what they proper name is tho.
Ithilien rangers sometimes turn invisible same as Saruman while playing on osgiliath.
Rhudaur map (vanilla) none of the evil AI builds ring hero at all. Even after 2 hours of game they won't build neither sauron or smaug. Factions of "good" work fine. They create both bilbo and frodo.
i believe this was fixed with the 3.1 version. Have you installed it yet? Maybe you're using the 3.0 version. that might be the issue.
Noticed something:once your AI partner gets the ring and spawns frodo (only happens when frodo is the ring hero with the lorien AI) the enemy AI wont attack him no matter what. They just ran pass him while he throws stones at them (lol) Not even the AI defenses from the fortress targets him. Don't know if this happens on all maps but for me it was on the map rhudaur.
Had to use my iron hill battlewagon and use the fire barrels to kill him becausw he was just recking the enemy base with stones lmao.
Somehow I missed that one. You guys are always one step ahead don't you?
hey team. I don't know if you've made too much progress on Rivendell making this suggestion useless but here it goes. Regarding the Rivendell library, i think that it would be nice if you added another book: the tale of Beren and Luthien. The updrage could give some sort of sinergy between Arwen and Aragorn. Maybe some attack bonus when they are next to each other, just as fili and kili.
just out of curiosity: how many CP will the elves units be? I saw the faction play on the forums but either I'm blind or I didn't see it.
thanks for adding dunedain swordsman, they look awesome. Will they have the same animations as the ithilien rangers?
you really have no idea on how to use them. One grants you the ability to summon a level 10 wizard and the other buff your units like no other and alongside sam, can heal them really often.
Im a peasant in terms of lore so, excuse my question: who are these guys? I know who Gildor is, but are these guys some elit units?
will the Dunedain be just bow and spear? just like the aragorn summon? or will they be swordsman, spearman and so on?
hello there. just as my previous post, there's a map that's buggy. Old ford anduin if i recall correctly. There are 3 passages across the river which the AI nor the player can cross. So basically, you are just stuck on your side of the river. Cheers!
so i was playing cisterns of moria and it would be nice if you could, when you have time to spare obviously, fix the build settings. like, its really hard to build anything at all because the rubble stops you from building. This happens most frecuently on the plateu you spawn in, specially with the dwarven mines. Also, the stair are buggy or something because they AI gets stuck on them or dont use them at all.
