Players of MISERY 2.0 found some tools in the Iron Forest Anomaly area, but tools are maybe somewhere else, depending on what Class you've chosen. I am USS recon and have checked every place, I was in the underground too, I even went through the teleporter(it is marked on the picture at UPD, see the original size) and found only simple stash - containing 12g guns Repair kit behind the fence. I marked the teleporter area with red color, it gonna teleport you through the fence -- after that,there is huge area to explore, unfortunately no tools are there.
It is funny cause I found all tools in Vanilla game, not so hard, only have helped with one tools in Pripyat on the internet guide, in MISERY? Tools probably have left the Zone. :(
