I'm a Chinese,and as I know most Chinese regard Russia as a friendly country,but regard Japan and the USA as opponents,some Chinese modders would take this nationalistic to the game,so you can find some Chinese mods(not only C&C:ZH's) about China against to Japan or the USA,but few about against to Russia.

I think a Chinese would not make a mod about the Chinese invasion to Russia...
