in unholy alliance mode, allied faction cannot build airforce command.

1 faction can access all tech in their sub-faction. for ex. i use alied, and i can access in their sub-faction. (sorry my eng. so bad)

please, add game mode "Tech War" in this mods.

why i cannot play this mod?
