I had similiar problem. I accidentally "fixed" it, when i needed new shortcut (so i created one, duh). As far as i can understand "the problem" is that, allmost everyone now uses separate folder for mod files, so when you run the game directly from vampire.exe it runs unmoded game.
The solution is, either create new shortcut or add "-game Antitribu_Mod" (without ") line after clicking on shortcut>properties>target in shortcut you want to use.
Is it me being me, but i have a feeling that Followers of Set models (different cloth/leather) are not fitting, and i have noticed in game files/folders labeled as "ravnos", does it mean that those models originally were planed for Ravnos clan and FoS were not in the original design to be in the mod? So you just did some reskins/reword of models and sticked to FoS instead of Ravnos because reasons (like i dunno, Chimerstry turned out to hard to code or was just boring to use, etc.)
