The Text of the Klingon Scout Ship says it can capture asteroids. But I'm not able to get it to capture. Do I have to have a Station in an Asteroid field in order to Capture Dilithium and Tritanium Extractors?

Ok if it's got to do with AMD, anything I can do? Or anyone knows what AMD Software it is causing the trouble?

Map Size is Random Small, one Opponent, Fleet Size Normal. Sins Game Cache is OK. Already reinstalled Sins and Armada 3. CPU is not Overclocked. I'll check the threads. Thanks

Any chance someone can tell me why the game still lags every 10 seconds for about 1 sec?

I'm on Win10 with 8GB of RAM an I5 3470 and an AMD R9 280x. It's got nothing to do with graphics because it even lags if I set Graphics to low.

I like 1.3 very much. Only the stutter every 10 seconds is a bit annoying.

Edit: I also checked stock Sins. Happens there as well. So I believe it's got nothing to do with the mod.

So I could nail down my problem to an FPS drop every 5-6 seconds. I get stable 60 FPS with every setting on high and every 5-6 seconds the FPS drop below 45, sometimes to even 10. Afterwards the FPS get back to 60. (messured with Fraps) It's got nothing to do with graphics settings. I lowered them to medium and switched of anisotropic filtering and AA. Still 60 FPS stable and after 5-6 Seconds an FPS drop below 45.

Yes Onboard Graphics from Intel (the one on the Processor) and it is disabled.

So I have wiped every folder of STA3 even in documents folder and reinstalled it. Still it lags every 6-10 seconds. I know it should not with 1.2. However it das with me. And yes, I applied LAA and fiddelt with the graphics settings with no success. I don't know why. Its obviously not the Graphics since GTA or Witcher 3 run fine on my computer with settings to high. I had the AI set to hard and tactician. Small random map, 1 vs 1. And then I testet it on 2 vs 2 and it also lagged. Is there anything else I can do or test? I have had no other programms running while I was playing Armada, except for steam.

It is 1.2. I will reistall it at the Weekend and then try it again.

Yes I did apply it.

Well the game still hangs every 10 Seconds. Had the AI on Hard and after 1 Hour of Playing the hanging became worse. Anything I can do about it?

My System Specs, just in case:

Win 7 Professional
Intel I5 3470
8 GB of RAM
AMD R9 280X Graphics card
The game is on a Samsung SSD

Great Guys, won my first Match of 1.2 as the Klingons. It's tons of fun. But the stutter remains. Not as severe as in 1.1 but every few seconds I get the impression it hangs for few miliseconds. But it's definately not unplayable. Great work guys. Looking Forward to the Livestream on Sunday.

Gul can you give us europeans a time (CEST) for sundays livestream with Shack as he mentioned something like Noon EST.

If it happens repeatedly then it could be due to the AI. I also got this and I have a Mid to Highend PC:

Core I5 3470
R9280x
8GB RAM
256 GB SSD (Windows)
128 GB SSD (where the game is on)

So all we can do is wait for patch 1.2 and see if it fixes the issue.

Has anyone yet fixed the Stuttering. As it seems the game lags every 10 secs for about 1 -2 secs and then Continues.

Other than that it is a damn good Star Trek game. And I finally got friends to play it with me :)

And you good sirs have brought Star Trek back. Thank you for that. The only critizism I have is the Releasedate. Because now I have to spend Christmastime playing the Mod ;) But it surely will be a pleasure.
