I've been developing an 8 player map for some time now in an urban dock setting, but we lack the assets to make it not look like a vanilla CoH map.

You can comp stomp to your heart's content. Although you will never gain the satisfaction of trolling another human with your ATMP.

Aesthetics are the main point for this mod, besides the gameplay elements playing with toys introduces, but I cannot go into specific details as I don't know anything about modelling for CoH or the whole "wheels vs tracks" mechanics that are unique to it.

Also, I joined--I am quite fond of army men and what they have to offer video games.

I am almost certain the base buildings will be significantly altered. I've an insidious feeling that there's a reason why other mods just reskin them, however.

After many rough calculations and dividing of pi, our scientists believe this mod to be about 0.091% complete, give or take a thousandth.

That may happen, just don't expect any fancy melting animations! I will try to make corpses salvageable much like vehicles for a return in "manpower."

I plan to implement a more general toy theme with this mod by replacing the P47-Thunderbolt with a toy plane, things like that. I even plan to introduce a fearsome, fuzzy super unit that'll make you chew your fingernails in both fear and anticipation.

Although I've been wanting to make a toy themed game, it really isn't my idea in particular. There's another Army Men CoH mod (I think it's for CoH) on here, but it's quite dead, apparently.
