Could you not Automatically put a an "Open with Mod Manager" on the download Post?

Does anyone know do you use a mod manager 113 for this or 114 for this instillation?

I installed this version 0.7 with the small patch , and it still wont allow a player to send an agent to Dathomor an destroy the the sensor so as to land. during regular play can you FIX THIS please?
