i'm having problems setting up the UT3.exe path. the readme file is confusing; should i copy everything in the .rar file to Documents/My Games/Unreal Tournament 3? or Program Files/Unreal Tournament 3?

mass effect didn't have any mods, and ME 2 probably won't have 'em too.
i read it in some forums that there is a size restriction in the .ini file or something like that...anyway, it f*cks with my hopes to have a miranda nude mod!!
