Since i use vanilla textures I just change the path in the ltx file to that texture file. And ofcourse set the weapon to use a scope in the first place.
I'll check it out when i get home.

Sure, you can use it in your addon.
If you choose the standard option they will look like the left photo, but only the vanilla guns, because the look of the 2d scopes is set in the config file of the weapon itself. So you have to edit each weapon's file and that's why it looks different on weapons added by mods.

I wouldn't know how to do that, it's my first mod actually but if someone else wants to do it I'm ok with it.
Load an earlier save or start a new game it doesn't matter use the "g_god on" command, then load your save then use "g_god off" and continue playing.

You mean tracers and they are supposed to be green in Russian weapons and red in NATO ones.In vanilla CoC they are all the same color.

Another curious thing i found in the files is that every 9x39 weapon has a hit_probability of 1.0 whereas every other weapon is 0.8 i think this makes 9x39 OP and should be corrected, unless it was intended that way.
The SCAR battlerifle is by far the most durable gun, ten times the AKs i think this is an oversight if not sorry.

Forester's upgrade price is still 1 and not 3.5 as the patch description says, when i try to edit stalkers_upgrade_info.ltx only changes to other technicians take effect and Forester's price stays the same. why is that?
I have only CoC 1.4.10 vanilla.
The following artefacts : Огненный шар, Пламя, Компас, all show + Armour but the icon next to it is for Explosion and when i check artefacts.ltx the immunity they increase is indeed explosion_immunity and not fire_wound_immunity.
Is this intended ?
I do a fresh install of 1.4 and the add only 1.4.08 patch start a new game and check upgrade prices first.
Forester prices are half the others.

Yes i think so too, and the fact that Forester now repairs and upgrades for half the price of every other technician makes them almost obsolete.
Is Forester's repairs and upgrades supposed to be so cheap in 1.4.07 ?

Yes it's supposed to be "F" but i reassigned the keys.
And just to clarify, i don't use any addons only vanilla CoC.
I can't pull the lever to turn of the c-consciousness generators.
I see "Turn of the Generators (E)" but when i press E nothing happens.
