Thanks for checking it out, this type of feedback is more or less exactly what I need.
- It's supposed to be hard but still approachable, high agility enemies should counter heavy warrior but should be easily dispatched by mages and light warriors.
- Will take a closer look at the XP, if you could tell me at what lvl you finished each map that would be helpful.
- Honestly no idea why would this happen but I'll try to fix this.
As for portals, all currently empty portals that you can find will lead to new maps in full release.

OG Spellforce 3 just has a bit different RTS system and different units, Reforced tends to work better for the most part but I think the legacy version has better atmosphere
You download it and move the mod folder to SpellforceThree\bin_mods_win32
After that, you launch the game and activate the mod in the "MODS" tab.
This only works in Order of Dawn campaign

You can but it will change the text language to english as far as I know.
Are you sure you extracted everything properly?
Spellforce import/export or something like that. You should go over to official spellforce discord, it should be pinned there somewhere and the creator of the plugin is also there.

No, I cannot fix that, this is a version specific bug, I suggest switching to 1.54.
Are you playing on 1.54? 1.61 version on steam causes it to crash in eloni.
Alright, just download the missing object folder, it should fix it.
For the southern windwalls, remove the n0 file from the p10 folder in scripts and load a save from before the map. Atm I'm re-uploading the mod constantly but it seems to skip few folders after being uploaded.
For static models(like weapons, scenery, most buildings, and helmets), there's a blender plugin to import and export spellforce meshes. Animated models are just reskins and texture manipulation which are then put on copy pasted models with different names.
