I see your points about peasant reform but it is actually hardcoded now for em not to enact em until late game, wich is unrealistic, IRL a lot of ppl in Russia claimed it was inacted too late in 1861. Again, in my game Russia got fully occupied at least three times, lose five wars and only after that enacted the reform. I guess it is much more unrealistic than hardcoded 1880 enaction, which is, again, very late. Losing the crimea war was not the sole reason of the reform.
No, I just never saw em puppeting Egypt and instead they just annex it. So Suez being build by GP - Britan, for example, happening, but no wars for egypt follow it becasue Egypt not exists. I mean, ottos should puppet them and that never happening.
Also colonisation of Kongo happens with strange borders, France usually owning an enclave somehow right at the inland possesions of portugese Angola.
UPD - on new patch I saw ottos subjigating egypt=] But I guess thats happens rarely, plus they annexed romania and had too much infamy thats why the didnt annexed it

Few issues about 1,31 patch - ottomans owning and non subjigating egypt leads to em keeping it until the end game, russia is too weak, have peasant reforme only at 1913 and because of that lose every war with germany or japan, leading to a lot of great wars since their mil score is considered high, countries like italy going into containment war vs germany even if the have musch less mil points then the germany, leading to germany constantly winning and dismantling almost every other GPs.
