When using the Anomaly Launcher check the box "Debug".
Ingame you can now press F7 and open a Debug menu, on the lower right look for the first option and open the respawn menu. Now look for the tv in the categories on the left.

It´s because we had a severe lack of "JA MEIN FÜHRER" - Content

a nice balance between common grenade delay and impact detonation. i think not replaing all grenade delay times but having them as an optionally added grenade sort would be key to win the hearts of addon users.

This just gave me another reason to turn up my mutant and stalker spawns just to shred through tons of ******** *evil smile*

I did the same thing as you.
But later i figured having one mutant that gives you a really really hard time killing it makes you feel like a weak shrimp and that´s the S.t.a.l.k.e.r. i know and love.
*edit: also just buffing health is too simple minded..

To be exact it is too much to even fight it in melee really .(rhyme lol) Because your controls also use the drunken-direction distortion when you move haha.
