Me? Well I'm ErastusMercy, the lead voxel artist on the popular Tiberian Sun mod, Twisted Insurrection. If you don't know what a voxel is then I'll put it this way, I make the vehicles. :P In addition to my roles on TI, I've also done Infantry cameo's (The unit portrait you see when purchasing/selecting a particular unit.) for the C&C3 mods Tiberium Wars Advanced and The Forgotten Mod.

Reminds me,of old C&C 3 art..or it is used in this model. :)
Indeed, I'd based both the Railgun Platform and Behemoth on designs from Westwood's C&C: Incursion.
Of course I took a few artistic liberties. The most notable changes to this vehicle being the Railgun that lends the unit its name, and the addition of a CIWS tracking radar for when it's deployed.
A few less noticeable changes were the removal of the support legs folded over the top of the track assembly (this version doesn't deploy into a standing tower, rather I'd intended for it to deploy like this Moddb.com), and making the drivers cab a bit more grounded looking by throwing in a few elements from the HEMTT.
