Anyone know why bloom might be greyed out on the launcher? There is also no option for AA. Amazing so far! Except for no bloom :( Also, did I hear that the Borg are in this!?

I am having issues with bloom. It is greyed out in the launch menu. Also there is no option for AA. Any ideas?
