Hey guys, I really hate to be a pain, but it seems some people (myself included) are having trouble installing the mod, and the support forum that I was told to go to by the mod when I tried to launch it seems to be inactive, so I'll include a link to it here. Once again, I hate to be a pain and don't mean to sound like a **** but... I'd love to be able to play what seems to be an awesome mod and I'm sure others would, too. Forums.swr-productions.com

One thing I'd like to say... just... AWESOME! However, as a critic (sorry, someone's got to do it) the three strakes or antenna or whatever coming off the curved section on the lower bow... those weren't there. Or, if they were, then I missed them cus they got destroyed when Infinity rammed that Covenant ship.

Even if it were going to be done, it wouldn't be all that realistic. Warthogs, Scorpions, and other ground vehicles could be mounted on a Pelican during atmospheric entry. Not only would they mess up the aerodynamics of the Pelican, they'd break apart from atmospheric friction. Atmospheric entry is a very sensitive procedure at the best of times due to the amount of friction and heat generated. They'd only be able to survive with an energy shield or an external blast shield mounted to protect the cargo, neither of which Pelicans were equipped with. If it couldn't be carried internally on a Pelican, it would have had to reach the surface in the drop ships, then be airlifted by the Pelicans.

Yeah, it was the alliance with the Elites and the Master Chief who saved the UNSC's rear exhaust port. Without either, humanity was on the road to extinction. Actually, except for a few exceptions (Reach among them) humanity had the advantage in atmospheric engagements. Front line troops were far better trained and equipped. The Covenant favored swarm tactics with Grunts more often than not, and, well... we all know how effective Grunts are. The reason why you see so many Elites and Brutes as the Chief is because, naturally, Spartans were deployed to those locations.
The UNSC's disadvantage was in space. They never had a chance in hell before the alliance with the Elites. Ships were too easily destroyed by Covenant plasma fire and the Covenant were experts at space warfare. Not to mention the UNSC simply didn't have the numbers or the capacity to produce them fast enough. Also, superior ground troops count for nothing if the planet they're standing on is determined to be expendable and glassed from orbit.
Still... HURRY UP WITH THE COVENANT SO I CAN SPACE SOME HINGE-HEADS! I LOVE THIS MOD SOOOO MUCH! =D
