I have diplomacy 1.30 and I have downloaded and updated the mod but everytime I try to run the game it minidumps at the loading screen. Any ideas?

i have a few questions
do the ship/races from B5 replace the orginal races/models?
Are the missions given out B5 based?
And of course are there and up coming releases?
