A few quick faqs over the mod in case i get this game cuz of this mod :)
1. Are classes and killstreaks random can u not use create a class to create ur own class and killstreaks
2. Can u rank up like normal BO when u play against bots on private match?
3. Is it always on hardcore mode can u not get any HUD by playing on normal mode?
4. Other than the balance changes shown eg: perk changes , m16 fullauto can u play the mod like vanilla BO?

This is bad news for the modding community as a whole. What we have seen in the past few months is gaming series that had great modding ability and support cut down by companys who want more control over how we play our games. EA Dice for example cut mod support for BF3 which is likley to kill off the BF series and make more people buy MW3 later this year. But Blizzard has taken this further by saying that modding wont be supported but illegal too. This proves that game companys are killing the PC and mod communitys as they want us to play the games we buy thier way. Blizzard may be doing this to try to combat piracy but there is less methods of hinderance to the community than to make modding illegal. Overall Blizzard is following suite with the desions that other companys made to drop mods for thier games so therfore we may see much less people playing Diablo 3 than we expected.

I will be dissapointed if we can't mod the Frostbite 2.0 engine but hopefuly EA will still give the PC community dedicated servers so Battlefield 3 won't be nicknamed Battlefail 3 like MW 2 was.
