eyecandy indeed, one minor observation however: the explosion made on plaines do drag down the overall graphics level (they are not that bad, but they are very eighties), would it perhaps be possible to implement some sort of volumetric explosion sfx?

nice idea, and from the 4 'stories' i played also solid game mechanics, if perhaps somewhat basic. Also some crashes due to bugs, which you are no doubt aware of. Rank V however is unattainable it seems, i do not know if this is by design or some minor experience tracking error.
i have to apologize, sorry i thought you guys were dead (or the mod you made atm). I like the new screens, however i'll not be getting up my hopes too mhuch until we get a beta :p (yes, i'm pushing you guys).
not really, there are enough alternate reality books in which WW2 get's changed. Mod would be cool though. I'm only getting very sure it's dead.
